Collect from our New Milton shop during opening hours. This is useful for anyone who wishes to save on delivery costs. Order by 9am for same day collection, which will be available after 11am. You must state which day you are collecting, in the notes section, when you place your order. You will receive an email once it is ready to collect. If for any reason the item you order is unavailable we will contact you with a substitute or offer you a refund on that item. So please ensure that you include your contact details.

We offer a local weekly delivery service charged at £2.50.
We deliver weekly to all BH5-8 postcodes, plus BH23 Christchurch / Highcliffe, BH25 New Milton, SO41 Lymington / Boldre / Sway / Tiptoe/ Milford, SO42 Brockenhurst, SO43 Lyndhurst.
If your postcode is not displayed please contact us, as we may be able to add you to an existing delivery run.

See terms and conditions for full information on delivery. If you are not going to be in to receive your order, please ensure that you nominate a safe place for it to be left. You can inform us of this by writing in the comments box. Your order will be delivered in a polystyrene or cool wool box to keep your goods frozen. Remember that even if your goods start to defrost, it is safe to re-freeze them. PLEASE LEAVE DETAILS OF SAFE PLACE TO LEAVE IF NOT IN.
Small Item delivery, For Non Perishable Goods
You can order up to 995g for a charge of £3.95 (First Class Royal Mail delivery), or up to 4.5kg for a charge of £4.50. These items are restricted to non-frozen items such as supplements, accessories & grooming products. If in doubt please get in touch.
