Beef & Beef Tripe

Single protein, Locally sourced beef and beef tripe, minced with a 8mm plate. Using 50% full carcass cuts of beef and 30% beef tripe then blended with 10% soft beef bone, 5% beef liver and 5% either spleen or kidney.
